FACIT was founded in 1995 as a producer for important brands, such as Fendi, Borbonese, Sergio Rossi, Bruno Magli, and Oscar De La Renta, just to name a few, and subsequently for Rupert Sanderson who held corporate control until May 2022, when the ABH - Arturo Brambilla Holding acquires 100% of it with the aim of enhancing the excellence of production in the sector of high-quality women's shoes.

Through the creation of an entire production chain from an Industry 4.0 perspective, the recovery of local workers and the training of new skills, Facit wants to bring back to the footwear market the reality of a territory that since the 60s, with the industrial settlement Romagnoli was a protagonist in the footwear industry.

This goal will be achieved in compliance with the social and environmental context in order to create a sustainable business model for the territory and the community.
